Sevenfold Media LLC provides photography, video production, and related media services. This policy covers customer information used by Sevenfold Media, including through its S7Studio application. We collect the contact information, service or booking details, and, where relevant, athlete details you provide to coordinate services, identify participants, process orders, and deliver your media. Gallery access is limited to anyone who has your private link. Keep that link private.

Payments are processed by Square. Sevenfold Media does not collect your card number on this page. We collect the mobile number and optional SMS consent you submit for Sevenfold Media customer service messages, such as booking confirmations, appointment updates, photography session details, gallery availability, order status, and media delivery notifications. Service texts relate to the service you requested. Separately, customers who check the promotional consent box may receive Sevenfold Media LLC offers, upcoming sessions and promotions. Promotional consent is separate from service consent; a purchase does not enroll customers in promotions. S7Studio is one application that uses this company messaging service. Texts are delivered through Twilio. SMS consent is not required to buy photos. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number, mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or text messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any other information-sharing arrangements. We use service providers such as Twilio for text delivery and Square for payments only as needed to provide our services. These providers process information to operate the service; this does not authorize them to use mobile information or messaging consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
