Sevenfold Media LLC owns and operates this customer messaging service. S7Studio is one application that uses it. Consent is collected separately for the relevant service. Online consent is collected on Photo Day registration and ordering forms and Action Photos reservation forms. Parents enter contact information, including their mobile number, then choose the separate unchecked Get text updates checkbox before submitting. Not checking it does not prevent ordering. Consent is recorded for the requested service. A separate unchecked checkbox offers Sevenfold Media LLC promotions and upcoming sessions. Service consent does not enroll customers in promotions. Customers may choose either, both or neither. A corresponding signup confirmation is queued for each selected message type; delivery requires an approved messaging campaign. Parents choose an open event at Action Photos, enter their contact and athlete information, and choose whether to receive texts before continuing to payment.
Photo Day and Action Photos forms use these separate, unchecked choices. It is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
